STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 The website present at the address https://klebromshop.ro, hereinafter referred to as KlebromShop.ro, is administered and represents the property of SC KLEBROM SRL, registered at the Trade Register with number J08/3131/1994, having unique registration code RO6962721. By using the KlebromShop.ro website, you declare that you agree with the conditions presented below.

General provisions

 The term "User" means any natural or legal person who uses the services present on the site (viewing, accessing information, registering, creating an account, ordering products and any existing services on the site).

 SC KLEBROM SRL is not and cannot be held responsible for unavailability and defects that may occur in the operation of the website or for the content of the website.

The user undertakes to use the site only for legal purposes and is prohibited to:

​- publish, reproduce, copy, transmit or transfer the content of the site (in the form in which it is found on the site or in modified forms) to any medium of communication or information storage: printed publications, websites, blogs, servers etc.;

​- remove possible signs certifying the copyright of the supplier or its suppliers on the content of the site;

​- pay attention to the good functioning and security of the site, through any kind of tactics.

SC KLEBROM SRL reserves the right to modify the content of this Terms and Conditions document at any time.

SC KLEBROM SRL does not assume responsibility for the purpose for which the purchased products are used. SC KLEBROM SRL discourages the use of products outside the law and outside the rules of decency. The customer assumes full responsibility for the use of the products purchased from SC KLEBROM SRL.

The images of the products presented on KlebromShop.ro as well as their technical data do not constitute a contractual obligation. These are made available to us by suppliers, importers or manufacturers, which is why small inconsistencies may appear between them and the actual characteristics of the products.

All the content of the KlebromShop.ro website is the property of SC KLEBROM SRL and is protected by the laws in force for the protection of copyright.

You can send us a notification regarding copyright infringement on the website, by e-mail, to the address ofiice@klebrom.ro.

SC KLEBROM SRL is not responsible for the billing data sent by the customer.

If the received product has a physical defect (hit, scratched, cracked, chipped, broken), we recommend that you refuse the delivery. If you still accepted the package, we recommend you not to use the product and to inform us of the situation within 48 hours of delivery.

After placing the order, you will receive notifications by e-mail and/or SMS regarding the status of the order.

If you abandon the shopping cart and you are a registered user, you will receive a reminder e-mail.

The invoice will be sent by e-mail in a maximum of 72 hours.

Security of personal data

 SC KLEBROM SRL operates with personal data

The categories of personal data processed are: name and surname, address (delivery, billing), IP address, e-mail address, telephone number.

The recorded information is intended for use by SC KLEBROM SRL for the purpose of delivering products and for marketing purposes, and is communicated only by you.

Personal information is partially provided to the courier (in order to ship the order), to the online payment processor

According to Law no. 677/2001, users benefit from the right of access, the right to intervene on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision taken on the basis of automatic processing and the right to address the court. At the same time, the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him and to request their deletion.

Delivery of products

Delivery methods:

  ​  Products are delivered anywhere in the country via  Sameday carrier to the address or in Sameday Lockers.

     The customer has also the posibility to pickup the products from our werehouses in Ungheni, Mures or from Brasov.

Shipping costs:

​ For the orders of our business partners, the costs are according to the agreement with each of them

​ For normal customers on the website, the delivery cost the cost estimated by the Carierier with is displayed on the chechout process.

Estimated delivery time:

    For the products in our own stock, the shipment is made on the same day or on the next working day. 

    For special orders from our partners, the delivery term will be communicated by phone/e-mail.

During promotional campaigns (eg: Black Friday) there may be delays in the processing and shipping of products.

 We do not assume responsibility for possible delays of the shipment if they are caused by the carrier.

Product warranty

 The warranty conditions are in accordance with Law 449/2003 and O.G. 21/1992. When requesting the guarantee, it is necessary to present the defective product, together with the related accessories, a copy of the tax invoice and a copy of the guarantee certificate. If the products arrive unaccompanied by these documents, the products can be returned to the applicant/sender without voiding the warranty.

All products are accompanied by the original warranty certificate issued by the importer or supplier. The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by SC KLEBROM SRL to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by SC KLEBROM SRL from this customer.

 Returning products

 According to GEO 34/2014, the right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons or groups of natural persons constituted in associations.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days from receiving the product, under the following conditions:

  ​ - within the first 14 days after receiving the products, the refund of their value can be requested;

  ​- for the entire duration of the 30 days, you can request the replacement of the products.

Legal entities can request the replacement of products within 30 days.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can also communicate your decision to withdraw by phone or e-mail.

Right of withdrawal

1. The legal framework

According to GEO 34/2014, the right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons or groups of natural persons constituted in associations.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days from receiving the product, under the following conditions:

​- within the first 14 days after receiving the products, the refund of their value can be requested;

​- for the entire duration of the 30 days, you can request the replacement of the products.

Legal entities can request the replacement of products within 30 days.

2. The exceptions

Contracts whose object is the supply of the following categories of products cannot be terminated:

a. Products brought on special orders (having the status "On order");

 3. Exercising the right of withdrawal

 The consumer informs Klebrom about the decision to withdraw from the contract by phone / e-mail.

Within 48 working hours from the transmission of the notification, the buyer will receive by e-mail the registration number and details regarding the submitted request.

We recommend that you pack the product in the original packaging and then in another box in order not to risk damage to the products by the courier. The return is not conditioned by the original packaging, but in order not to risk damaging the product, we recommend that you send it in the original packaging. We are not responsible for damage or loss of the package. We recommend that you send the parcel in the same way as you received it. Please do not throw away the labels, bags or protection inside the original packaging. Also, do not apply scotch or labels to the product's original packaging.

In the case of kits, partial returns for component parts are not accepted.

 4. Costs and special fees for canceling the purchase

Costs borne by the buyer:

​- return costs and courier transport

​- if the product is returned in a state in which it can no longer be sold as new, SC KLEBROM SRL has the right to decide to accept the return

​- for postal order (with notification in the mailbox) the rate applied by the Romanian Post will be charged: https://www.posta-romana.ro/calculator-de-tarife.html#21-Transferuri%20interne%20de%20bani

​- for a bank transfer to an account outside Romania, a commission of 10 euros is charged

Costs borne by the seller:

​- Product that does not comply with the specifications in the seller's offer.

​- Product that does not conform to the specifications mentioned in the buyer's order.

​- Parcels showing damage at the reception.

 5. Reimbursement of amounts

Reimbursement of the amounts will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which he is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract

Payment of products

For regular customers (non-partners), the ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made. Payment for the products ordered from the KlebromShop.ro website according to these "Terms and Conditions" can be made in advance or upon delivery of the products.

 SC KLEBROM SRL reserves the right to request payment of products in advance in certain cases. Advance payment can be made by payment order or online payment by card. For payment by payment order: proof of payment must be sent to SC KLEBROM SRL at the e-mail address office@klebromshop.ro. The delivery will be made only after the money has entered the account of SC KLEBROM SRL.

For online card payment, card data processing is done exclusively through NETOPIA mobilPay, KlebromShop.ro does not request or store any details related to your card.

 We reserve the right to refuse collaboration with customers who have refused deliveries in their order history.

Disputes and conflicts

Any attempt at unauthorized access to the site and any attempt at fraud will be reported to the competent authorities.

Any conflict arising between the company and the clients is tried to be resolved amicably by agreement between the two parties.
